Stephen and I are so excited to return to Guatemala City to help serve the children and families at the Moore Surgery Center in 2025! It was such a blessing to go on a mission trip together for the first time last year. This will be my third time at the Moore Center, and I hope to continue to the mission for years to come.
We are heading back to Guatemala to serve the children at the Moore Center in May of 2025 with a team of dental and medical professionals. During the week we are at the surgery center, our team plans to treat 150-200 children at no charge to them or their families. Some of these children have been waiting a year to receive dental treatment to cure them of their pain and/or infection! The trip requires funds to support the operations of the surgery center for the week we are there, and we also bring dental and medical supplies with us. Some of the supplies and equipment is donated, but we usually have to purchase supplies each year as well.
To help pay for the dental and medical supplies that are needed to treat these awesome children, I am working with a charity called The Vine and Branch Foundation, Inc. The campaign to fund our 2024 mission trip to Guatemala will provide dental treatment and oral hygiene education to the less-fortunate children of Guatemala—and you can be a part of it.
I would love to reach my goal, but I would really like to blow my goal away! Please know that anything I raise above my goal will be used to help Guatemalan children this year and in future years!
